We cover all essential skills for the junior athlete, such as physical literacy, coordination, and overall athletic development. Our fun and engaging sessions are designed to build confidence and a love for training, while ensuring a well-rounded athletic foundation is built for their next steps along their junior sport journey.
Each term works to focus on a different aspects of a junior athletes training plan. For example, during the summer term, we focus more on speed of movement, compared to our winter term which focuses on movement capabilities and strength.

FAQs
When do the session run?
Sessions run very similar to school terms.
Sept. - Dec, Jan - Mar, Apr - Jul.
Each term is 11 weeks with a break for half-term in the middle of that.
Do you offer a referral discount?
We do! You will receive a 10% discount if you refer a friend or family member over to us, who joins ‘The Future Athlete Pathway’
What if I miss a session?
We understand that school calendars are ever-changing. Therefore if you miss a session, you can catch up in a session another day, or you can catch up over the holidays.

I don’t play a sport. Can I still sign up?
Of course! We have had quite a few kids that don’t play sport come to the gym. Many whom have found their passion here, not only getting stronger, but also increasing their confidence and making new friends along the way.
